What do I as a customer need to provide for a pool closing visit?
For above ground pool closings customers must provide a pool cover, pool pillow, cable & winch, skimmer faceplate (optional), and a return plug (optional). For in ground pools customers must provide a pool cover, blow through gizmo(s), return plug(s), and water bags (if it’s a “tarp” cover).
When is your season?
Our season typically runs from May to October, however we are happy to make exceptions. Feel free to contact us if you have any off-season needs.
Do you do pool demolition and removal?
We do! Please visit our sister company Junk Bear’s website for any demolition and removal needs. (Same owner).
Do you take care of the opening and closing chemical treatments?
Yes. We pride ourselves in providing a full service experience for our customers. We will cover all the necessary components of initial openings and final closings.
Will you take out the stairs during closings or install them at openings?
Absolutely. Again we are completely dedicated to providing a comprehensive service for all your opening/closing needs.
When doing heavy vacuuming, do you use our filter system?
No, we have our own external filter system we use for heavy cleanings so as not to tax your filter system.
Do you test and treat pool water?
Yes, this is a part of our bi-weekly service package.
